Computer Based Instructional Development (EDTC 5153)

The primary objective for EDTC 5153 was to create a working online course from scratch while closely following best practices for creating learning and course objectives. To the left, you can view my working course map for the course I designed, which I called "Real-World English" and was created with non-university-bound high school seniors in mind. The course map includes the five main enabling objectives, all of which were chosen to reflect not only 12th-grade ELA standards, but which were also chosen to practice skills which would be applicable in the real world, as well as the overall tertiary course objective and the individual steps leading to the enabling objectives.
